Country Park Mobile Home Park is a 128-unit, resident owned, 55+ community located in the heart of the Gulf Coast. Located in a beautiful, quiet residential area at 2331 Belleair Road in Clearwater Florida we offer convenient access to many of central Florida’s best amenities. As a Co-Op with an elected Board of Directors any major changes require shareholder approval.  The governing Board of Directors provides direction to our Management Company to oversee the day-to-day operations of the park.
